Port St. Joe home sales for the month of May were brisk with 10 homes going under contract.  Most of those were under $200,000 and the home I have under contract at 140 Betty Drive is the only home in Port St. Joe over $300,000 to go under contract in the month of May.  Port St. Joe lot sales were minimal with just five going under contract.  I put three of those lots under contract in the new subdivisions in Oak Terrace and Coastal Plantation.

Cape San Blas homes sales for the month of May were steady with 11 homes going under contract.  Barrier Dunes saw the most action with four townhomes going under contract from $229,000 to $272,500.  The two most stunning homes were waterfront of course.  I put a really unique bayfront home under contract…
