A New Festival Location Overlooking the Gulf

This year’s festival is moving to Veterans Memorial Park at Beacon Hill, a scenic Gulf-front community park in the St. Joe Beach area. The waterfront setting provides a fitting backdrop for a festival that celebrates Gulf County’s coastal heritage, creative community and laid-back way of life.

Located along Highway 98, the park is convenient to St. Joe Beach, Mexico Beach, WindMark Beach and Port St. Joe, making it easy for residents and visitors to spend the day enjoying the festival while exploring nearby communities.

Live Entertainment

Entertainment promoted for the 2026 festival includes:

  • Leaving October
  • Ghost Town Blues Band
  • Flabbergasted

Bring your chairs, gather your festival crew and get ready for two days of live music by the water. Performance times and any additional entertainment announcements should be confirmed through the Chamber’s official festival page as the event approaches.

Music, Art, Food and Coastal Fun

The Florida Scallop Music & Arts Festival brings together the ingredients for a memorable Gulf County weekend:

  • Live musical performances
  • Local artists and creative vendors
  • Festival food and refreshments
  • Community organizations
  • Coastal scenery overlooking the Gulf
  • Activities and entertainment for residents and visitors

Whether you come for the music, food, art or simply the opportunity to enjoy time by the water, the festival offers another reason to experience Gulf County during Labor Day weekend.
